For reservations, we collect your name, email, selected report, acknowledgements, photo-retention choice, optional message, payment status, and timestamps. Eye photos are collected separately after payment through private instructions, never during checkout.

We use reservation information to process payment, prepare and deliver your report, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Eye photos are used only to prepare your report and, when you explicitly choose it, for future baseline comparison.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
5. Eye Photos and Deletion
By default, eye photos are deleted after report delivery. You may instead explicitly choose storage for future baseline comparison and may request deletion later. We do not use eye photos for identity verification, biometric identification, medical diagnosis, or AI training.
