2. Not Medical Advice
You acknowledge that EyeKnow is a personal bio-intelligence platform for self-observation and reflection. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. You should always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide and for how you interpret the insights provided by the platform. The platform is for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Founder Reports
Founder Reports are prepared personally after payment and after usable eye photos and intake information are received. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from receipt of those materials. EyeKnow may request replacement images when submitted images are unsuitable.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices are displayed before checkout. Payment and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Limitations of Liability
EyeKnow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the platform's insights.
