You may request a full refund before you submit eye photos and intake information.
After preparation begins
Because each report is prepared personally, refunds may not be available after your materials have been received and preparation has started. If EyeKnow cannot deliver your report, you will receive a full refund.
Requesting help
Reply to your reservation confirmation with your name and purchase email. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.
